Trippia Terms of Use

By using Trippia, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Account holders must be at least 18 years old. Children may be included as travelers, but are not intended account holders.

Trippia is an AI-powered travel-planning, productivity, and travel-information application. Trippia is not a travel agency and is not the seller or direct merchant for bookings completed with external providers.

Itineraries, recommendations, summaries, and other generated or third-party content are informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Trippia does not guarantee accuracy, price, availability, opening hours, event availability, transport information, entry requirements, weather, safety, or suitability. Users should independently verify material travel decisions and bookings through authoritative or relevant provider sources.

Emergency numbers, embassy details, and related travel-safety information are informational aids only and may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable. They are not a substitute for official emergency authorities. In an emergency, contact official local emergency services and verify critical information through official sources.

You must not use Trippia unlawfully or fraudulently, abuse the service, bypass payments, credits, or access controls, use harmful automation or scraping, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service maliciously. Trippia may reasonably restrict or suspend access for a material Terms violation, fraud or abuse, a security risk, or a legal obligation.

Trippia depends partly on internet connectivity, cloud and AI services, maps and location providers, and external travel, event, and content services. Features or data may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or changed, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; Trippia does not directly store payment-card details. Trippia may store product and transaction identifiers, store-verification or accounting metadata, amount and currency where available, and entitlement or subscription status. The auto-renewing annual bundle, subject to the store offer and terms, includes 5 Popular Planning credits, 4 Quick Planning credits, 3 Advanced Planning credits, 15 City Vibes uses, and 20,000 Trippia Buddy tokens. The current package details displayed at purchase form part of the purchase offer. It is not unlimited, and included balances do not become lifetime unlimited balances. Included credits reset at each annual renewal, and unused credits do not roll over. Store subscriptions must be managed or cancelled in the applicable store; deleting Trippia does not cancel them. Restore Purchases can restore eligible store-managed entitlements where supported.

Purchase and refund requests are handled under the policies and processes of the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play account, subject always to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Trippia does not create a separate discretionary refund system or promise refunds beyond store policies and legal requirements.

Deleting a Trippia account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription management and cancellation are separate store actions, and deletion may still proceed without cancellation.

Trippia relies on third-party services, including Firebase and other Google services, Apple and Google authentication or payment services, OpenAI, Google Translation, xAI for the separately available Christmas Markets feature, and mapping, weather, events, media, and travel providers. Trippia may include affiliate links and may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. External transactions, availability, content, and terms are controlled by the provider.

The Trippia app, including its design, features, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission. Third-party maps, photos, trademarks, provider content, and other third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trippia and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the app, third-party services, or reliance on content. Nothing in this section excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Trippia may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to reflect changes in services or features, law or regulation, security practices, or operational requirements. The current version will be available inside Trippia and identified by its Last Updated date. Users should review it periodically. Continued use after an update becomes effective may constitute acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your country or jurisdiction.
