Use of Trippia

Trippia is an AI-powered travel planning service designed to help users create itineraries, discover destination ideas, explore City Vibes, access travel-related services, and organize trip information through the app and website.

Web Guest Preview

• Trippia may offer a limited web guest preview for browsing and demonstration purposes only.
• The web guest preview does not provide the full app experience and may not support trip creation, saving, editing, account login, credits, subscriptions or other app-only features.
• To use full planning, saving and editing features, users should download the Trippia mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.

AI-Generated Content

• Travel plans, recommendations, descriptions, routes and other content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
• AI-generated content is provided for inspiration and informational purposes only.
• Trippia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, opening hours, prices, safety, accessibility or suitability of any place, activity, route or service.
• Users are responsible for verifying all travel details before visiting, booking or relying on any recommendation.

Bookings, Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

• Trippia may provide links or access to third-party services such as flights, hotels, attractions, car rentals, eSIM providers, insurance, restaurants, taxis, maps and other travel services.
• Bookings, purchases or transactions are completed directly with the relevant third-party provider.
• Trippia is not responsible for the availability, quality, pricing, cancellation policies, terms, performance or support of third-party services.
• Some links may be affiliate links or sponsored partner links. Trippia may receive a commission from qualifying bookings or purchases at no additional cost to you. Affiliate or partner links may open external websites in a new browser tab or app.

Accounts and Saved Trips

• Some features may require creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Saved trips, documents and related content may be stored locally on your device or associated with your account depending on the feature.
• If you delete the app, change devices or delete your account, some locally stored content may no longer be available.

Subscriptions, Credits and Purchases

• Trippia may offer free usage, paid credits, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms and policies.
• Trippia does not process or store your payment card details.
• Subscription management, renewals and cancellations are handled through the relevant app store.

Location-Based Features

Some features may use your approximate location if you grant permission. Location-based results are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or available. You may disable location access in your device settings.

User Responsibilities

• Use Trippia only for lawful and personal travel-planning purposes.
• Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its systems, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm others.
• Verify all travel, safety, visa, health, booking and local information through official or trusted sources before acting on it.

Intellectual Property

Trippia, including its design, features, branding, text, software and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Trippia without prior written permission.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Trippia may be unavailable, delayed or interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, network problems or other reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippia and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising from your use of the app or website, reliance on AI-generated content, third-party services, travel decisions or bookings.
